Below are some of the ways that you can get your hands on our product:
Utemaster products are very easy to DIY install so you can purchase online through our Ute Builder and we can deliver it to your door. Installation instructions are supplied with all products and can also be found on the product web page.
We require full payment upfront to get your order underway. We accept bank transfers and credit card payments as payment methods. Check out our lead times here.
Once the order is ready we will contact you for payment and then it will be dispatched. At this point, you will receive tracking details for the shipment so you can plan around your arrival.
Add the purchase of your Utemaster accessories to your vehicle finance when you buy the Ute from the Vehicle Dealership. We have relationships with dealerships around the country, however, if your dealer is not familiar with this then you can contact us and we’ll work through it with them.
Below is a map of Vehicle Dealerships that can supply Utemaster Products with the vehicle purchase. However, if your dealer is not familiar with this then you can contact us and we’ll work through it with them.
We have a number of resellers located throughout Australia who frequently supply and install Utemaster products. The stores and contact details can be located on this map.
If the 4x4 shop you are working with does not have a current relationship with Utemaster or if you have a shop that’s more conveniently located to you then you can contact us and we’ll work through the process of supplying the product through them.
The easiest way to buy/order our products is through the Dream Ute Builder.
We freight nationwide, it is always cheaper to freight to a business address with a forklift so this is preferable. However, we can freight to a residential address for an additional fee. We can also arrange for it to be delivered to the nearest depot where you can collect it from.
Typically, a freight company will not cover an item damaged during transit.
This is why we offer our own "no-risk" insurance cover for all products sent by Utemaster. This means that if a product is damaged by the freight company we will be able to lodge a claim.
Please note: For the Freight company to cover the damage costs, the customer/receiver can not have signed for the goods as being delivered without damage. Please make sure to check the package thoroughly before signing.
We accept internet banking and credit card payments, please note credit card payments incur a surcharge and direct-to-consumer sales require payment in full before dispatch.

Utemaster products are designed to be DIY installed without mechanical/auto electrical knowledge. In most cases, installation is a no-drill fit. To find out more information click on the fitting section of the product web page.

Through the Ute Builder, you can configure your product and proceed to purchase it directly. Once you’ve configured the product you can proceed to purchase it by adding it to the card.
