What is your lead time?

Lead times can be found on this page here.

Do you offer freight insurance? Yes!

Typically, a freight company will not cover an item damaged during transit. 

This is why we offer our own "no-risk" insurance cover for all products sent by Utemaster. This means that if a product is damaged by the freight company we will be able to lodge a claim.

Please note: For the Freight company to cover the damage costs, the customer/receiver can not have signed for the goods as being delivered without damage. Please make sure to check the package thoroughly before signing.

Where do you freight to?

We freight nationwide, it is always cheaper to freight to a business address with a forklift so this is preferable.

How can I buy from you?
